RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Return and replacement policy

Because all products are made to order, Imaza Design does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Ordering errors made by the customer

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographic evidence
• Description of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Claims that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
