All products are made to order. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
All designs, branding elements, artwork, text, and creative materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Imaza Design. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaza Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, shipping delays, carrier errors, customs issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Minnesota, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator under applicable arbitration rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
